Return and Refund Policy
At Living Fervently, we meticulously inspect all products prior to shipping to ensure their quality. Please note, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are committed to providing replacements or refunds for products damaged during shipment under the following conditions:
Damaged Shipment Policy:
- Photographic Proof: Notify us of any damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing photographic evidence to angel@livingfervently.com.
- Return Condition: Return the damaged item in its original, unused condition, including labels and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your request.
Initiating a Return:
To commence a return process, contact us at angel@livingfervently.com. If your return is accepted, we will promptly issue a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Return Approval and Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that financial institutions may require additional time to complete the refund transaction. In the event of an exchange, once the replacement product is selected it will be shipped based on normal shipping policies.
